Felt misled
By Christine
Maybe I didn't look at this closely enough when I was ordering, but when a single page of laminated cardstock arrived in the mail for a total of $7+ (including shipping), I was a little dismayed. I wanted instructions on how to create "fill-in" forms and as far as I can tell that wasn't included. Think I'll try the library.

Mail merge cheat sheet
By Helen M. Taylor
I was hoping for info on how to create mailing labels for a list of subscribers to our newsletter, but this particular cheat sheet did not cover that particular chore.
